3. Personal review
Our Account Management team will review your enquiry and contact you if any information is missing or if there are any questions about your order.
4. Complete your order
Once everything has been agreed, you will receive all the information you need about your order, invoice and delivery.

Can public authorities and public sector organisations place orders?
We offer public authorities, public sector organisations and other institutional customers the option of submitting an individual order enquiry. Our Account Management team will review your enquiry and arrange the order process with you.
Do I need to use PayPal or pay in advance to submit an enquiry?
No. This order enquiry service is specifically intended for customers who are unable to place their order using our standard online payment methods.
Does submitting the form constitute a binding order?
No. The form initially sends us a no-obligation order enquiry. Once we have reviewed it, you will receive information about the next steps.
What information do you need?
The most important information is your organisation's details and the products, sizes, options and quantities you require. Product links or item numbers help us identify the exact items you are enquiring about.
Can I submit an official purchase order?
Yes. If your organisation uses a purchase order, official order document or item list, you can upload the relevant documents directly with your enquiry.
Can the delivery address be different from the billing address?
Yes. Simply enter the required billing and delivery addresses separately in the form.

I don't know the item number. What should I enter?
